A bit of History on New Zealands favourite Pork Crackle company:
NZ Original Pork Crackle Ltd is owned and operated by Steve and Joanne Pugh located in the heart of Cambridge, New Zealand.
The company was founded in 2000 when Steve and Joanne, originally from Wolverhampton, England really missed the pork scratchings they had been brought up on.

Using 100% “clean green” New Zealand pork skins and their traditional English pork scratching recipe, they created Sniks pork crackle for the New Zealand market.

Since then the product has expanded to now being available in pubs, taverns, hotels, liqourstores and various supermarket all over New Zealand and is seen as the perfect compliment to beer.

Sniks Pork Crackle has been featured on “taste NZ” as television program showcasing the finest of New Zealand cuisine.
